The OPTIX AirFlow S-QOTKSdD cable is a universal (indoor-outdoor). round, self-supporting cable for usage in Fttx systems, strengthened by aramid yarns (supporting element in aerial installations), light construction with a diameter of ˜3mm, great flexibility and durability againstdragging, PU coat, UV resistant shell, fully dielectric, Installation tension strength:800N, temperature range between -20°C and +70°C, an equivalent to the S-QOTKSdD.

The construction has been designed for particularly good fibre protection and additionally for enabling easy leading and mounting of the cable. The G.657A2 fibres in use also offer a reduction of the bending radius (even up to 7.5mm). The cables are meant for aerial installation on a span of 80-100m and also in primary and secondary tele-technical canalisation by pneumatic (cable blowing) and mechanical (cable pulling) methods.
